Such are the pressures of modern life that many people struggle to cope with the stresses and demands that each new day seems to bring.

To believe that that the world and everything in it consists solely of what our very basic sensory organs perceive is the biggest mistake any one individual can make, yet everything around us, news media, popular culture, celebrity, even politicians and governments will have us believe this is so.
